Hey! I’m Maximillian Ferrero, I’m a 26-year-old Senior Designer currently working at Thesis, where I split my time between the Nike and Adobe accounts. Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, I grew up surrounded by creativity and a love for sport, which continue to shape my work and interests today.

I’m a huge soccer nerd, the kind who watches second-division matches at odd hours and collects jerseys everywhere I travel. That collection is now over 40 deep (and, yes, it’s starting to become a problem). But beyond the obsession, it’s a reminder that good design is everywhere, from global brands to grassroots clubs.

Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work at agencies both big and small, as well as in-house design teams for companies of all sizes. This mix has taught me how to be adaptable, collaborative, and quick on my feet. Whether it’s building out a global campaign or jumping into last-minute production work. I’ve packed a lot into the early years of my career, and I’m excited for what’s next. If you’re seeing this, maybe you’ll be a part of that journey.

I pride myself on being dependable — not just in skill, but in spirit. I believe good design starts with good people, and I show up ready to contribute, support, and grow. My work should speak for itself, but I’ve always believed that the best ability is availability. I don’t shy away from a challenge… I lean into it.
